Property Marketing & Advertising

As soon as our team at Elite Property Management Co. begins managing a new property, we advertise it immediately. If city code allows, we post a sign in the front yard stating that the home is available. We also post all property information and photos on available media outlets, including the Elite Property Management Co. website, Oklahoma City Craigslist listings, Rentals.com, Ahrn.com (Military Housing website), Facebook, Twitter, and over 20 other advertising websites and newspapers. This makes your property extremely visible online to give it the greatest chances of leasing out in a very short time frame.


We begin showing your property at least 30 days before the end of the current lease to ensure your property will remain leased for as long as possible. Our showing agent is available Monday through Friday, 8:30 am to 5:30 pm, and on Saturdays from 10 am to 3 pm. Our Elite Property Management Co. showing agent will show your home on a daily basis if necessary.

Thorough Property Leasing Process

All of our rental applicants undergo a thorough and detailed rental application process to ensure that your property is leased by qualified and trustworthy tenants. This ensures that the tenants in your property can be trusted to care for the home and handle their obligations responsibly.

Our Lease Application Process includes:

  • Credit Score History
  • Rental and/or Mortgage History
  • Employment History Verification
If the lease applicant meets all the required provisions, we will then submit the application to the homeowner or property Investor for final approval. This gives the property owner the security of knowing who will be residing in their property.

Monthly Property Management Statements

Our property management team compiles reports and statements on the status of your property that are sent to you each month. These reports detail the total income for your property that month, as well as any individual expense items or maintenance actions we performed. That way, you can stay informed on both our activities as managers of your property, and the status of your rental house as a whole.

Oklahoma Property Management Move-In and Move-Out Inspections

Elite Property Management Co. staff, real estate broker and property manager perform detailed inspections at each property upon renter move-in and move-out. This is done in order to protect both the tenant and the property owner from liability. After we complete our inspection, we compile a report detailing the condition of the property and send it to the homeowner or property investor with the monthly statement.

Direct Deposit

Our property management clients don’t have to settle for a single method of receiving rent payments from their properties. At Elite Property Management Co. we understand that people have different needs and preferences, and we’ve set up our payment systems accordingly. Home owners have the option to receive their rent via direct deposit

or by receiving a check in the mail. Receiving direct deposit payments only requires a property owner to fill out one form for quick and easy monthly payments. But, as always, the choice is yours!

Maintenance Services

Elite Property Management Co. provides comprehensive maintenance services to all of the properties we manage in and around Oklahoma City, Moore, Edmond, Norman, and beyond. We receive maintenance requests from tenants via our website, email or phone. All maintenance requests will be handled by licensed, qualified companies and vendors and NEVER without the homeowners approval.
